A note about reservations:

Starting January 2010 we will be changing how we handle reservations. HESS requires that we give them a head count prior to the meeting. Based on that head count, the Subsection has to pay the full meal price for no shows. In addition, if we go over the head count we have to pay a premium for additional meals. We do not want to have mandatory reservations or raise the base price of the meal. So, the alternative is to have a graduated price structure to cover the cost of the meal. If you make a paid reservation you will get the meal at our cost. If you make a reservation and pay at the door, the cost will be an additional $5.00. No reservation and paying at the door will be an additional $10.00.

Corporate American Express Cards are not accepted unless
